At Damage Control Mouthguards, we stand by the quality of our protection; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused and unopened products. Please note that custom-fit mouthguards are non-refundable once the impression kit has been processed.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your item is in its original packaging and has not been used or worn. For custom kits, ensure the impression material has not been mixed.

• 2.
  Request Authorization

  Contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return shipping address.

• 3.
  Package Your Item

  Securely pack your mouthguard or accessory in its original box and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package to ensure faster processing.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 5-7 business days.
